what is the Netra Tarpana?
Netra Tarpana is a special Ayurvedic treatment for the eyes. It relieves tiredness and also improves eyesight. It is highly recommended for people who regularly work at computers, operate machinery, drive for long periods or anyone who is currently suffering from tired, aching and sore eyes.
नेत्र तर्पण क्या है?
नेत्र तर्पण आंखों के लिए एक विशेष आयुर्वेदिक उपचार है। इससे थकान दूर होती है और आंखों की रोशनी भी बढ़ती है। यह उन लोगों के लिए अत्यधिक अनुशंसित है जो नियमित रूप से कंप्यूटर पर काम करते हैं, मशीनरी चलाते हैं, लंबी अवधि के लिए ड्राइव करते हैं या जो वर्तमान में थके हुए, दर्द और आंखों में दर्द से पीड़ित हैं।
Freshly made dough rings filled with fragrant oils are placed around the eyes, sterilized cows ghee (a clear butter-like liquid) is gently poured onto the eyes while they are kept open. It is very effective at treating eye diseases and poor or blurred vision.
सुगन्धित तेलों से भरे ताजे बने आटे के छल्लों को आँखों के चारों ओर रखा जाता है, गायों के शुद्ध घी (एक स्पष्ट मक्खन जैसा तरल) को धीरे-धीरे आँखों पर डाला जाता है, जबकि उन्हें खुला रखा जाता है। यह आंखों की बीमारियों और खराब या धुंधली दृष्टि के इलाज में बहुत प्रभावी है।

Procedure of Netra Tarpana:-
This therapy is divided into three parts:Purva Karma (Pre-Treatment Procedure)Pradhana Karma (Main Procedure)Pashchat Karma (Post-Treatment Procedure)
नेत्र तर्पण की प्रक्रिया:-
इस थेरेपी को तीन भागों में बांटा गया है:पूर्व कर्म (उपचार पूर्व प्रक्रिया)प्रधान कर्म (मुख्य प्रक्रिया)पाश्चत कर्म (उपचार के बाद की प्रक्रिया)
Purva Karma (Pre-Treatment Procedure): Before starting the procedure, some preparations are done, which include:पूर्व कर्म (उपचार पूर्व प्रक्रिया): प्रक्रिया शुरू करने से पहले कुछ तैयारियां की जाती हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं:
Preparation of the Patient: In Ayurveda, it is very important to take an examination of the patient to know the basic information, like his/her Prakriti and Vikriti. Accordingly, medications used in the procedures are decided.
रोगी की तैयारी:- आयुर्वेद में, रोगी की प्रकृति और विकृति जैसी मूलभूत जानकारी जानने के लिए उसकी जांच करना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। तदनुसार, प्रक्रियाओं में उपयोग की जाने वाली दवाएं तय की जाती हैं।
Preparation of the Treatment:- Before the procedure, all the materials needed for the procedure should be collected:
- Medicated ghee/oil
- Flour of black gram or white flour for making the ring around the eyes
- Bowl, vessels, and stoves
- Tissue paper, Cotton, and Sterile clothes
उपचार की तैयारी:- प्रक्रिया से पहले, प्रक्रिया के लिए आवश्यक सभी सामग्री एकत्र की जानी चाहिए:
- औषधीय घी/तेल नेत्र तर्पणः पूर्वकर्मा
- आंखों के चारों ओर छल्ला बनाने के लिए काले चने या सफेद आटे का आटा
- कटोरा, बर्तन और चूल्हा
- टिश्यू पेपर, कॉटन और स्टेराइल कपड़े
Immediate Procedure:-
Before starting netra or akshi tarpana, cleansing of the body should be done. Ayurvedic therapies like vaman, virechana, and shiro virechana are done.
तत्काल प्रक्रिया:-
नेत्रा या अक्षी तर्पण शुरू करने से पहले शरीर की सफाई की जानी चाहिए। वमन, विरेचन और शिरो विरेचन जैसे आयुर्वेदिक उपचार किए जाते हैं।
